Women's Torah at Westmount

Learning that speaks
to the whole woman.

Torah gives a Jewish woman more than knowledge. It gives her language for her inner life, strength for her challenges and a deeper way to bring holiness into her home, her relationships and her everyday choices.

A living tradition

When a woman learns Torah, an entire world is strengthened.

Jewish women have always carried Torah from one generation to the next—not only through what they teach, but through the homes they create, the people they encourage and the values they quietly make real.

Rebbetzin Gail is a remarkably dynamic teacher because she never leaves Torah on the page. She brings energy, openness and emotional honesty to serious ideas, helping women recognize themselves in the sources and discover a practical next step in their own lives.

Her teaching is grounded in an extraordinary range of lived experience. She is the mother of nine married children, a grandmother of dozens of grandchildren and a kidney donor. As a personal trainer and registered SRT therapist, she also brings insight into physical health, emotional wellbeing and the connection between body and soul. She understands the joys and pressures of family life, the courage demanded by difficult decisions and the quiet strength it takes to translate Torah ideals into real human relationships.
